Eduardo Merino

Eduardo Merino, the sole proprietor of M Design Studio has over 20 years of architectural design and construction experience. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru in 2001. He obtained his General Contractor’s License in Los Angeles in 2015. As an Architectural Designer and Project Manager for Prat’s Construction from 2006 to 2015, his projects included the design and construction of Porto’s Bakery in Downey and a remodeling project of the famous two-Michelin star rated Providence Restaurant in West Hollywood. As one of the lead designers and the architectural project manager for Uberion Architecture, his work on the Zenyara Estate in Coachella received accolades from Forbes Magazine, The Robb Report and People Magazine. As a Project Manager for CW Dillon, his work focused on residential remodeling of luxury condominiums in the iconic Robert A.M. Stern-designed The Century building in Los Angeles. Since establishing M Design Studio, he has focused on residential design projects and Accessory Dwelling Units, but Eduardo has extensive experience in both residential and commercial architecture. He has worked with client budgets from as low as $5,000 to well over $100MM.
